Divorce - From simple, uncontested divorces to complex, contested divorces involving issues and legal processes such as child custody, child support, alimony, attorney’s fees, marital businesses and large marital estates.

Pre- and Post- Nuptial Agreements - For parties contemplating marriage or during the marriage or separation.

Post Divorce Modifications or Enforcement - Including child custody, visitation, child support, and alimony.

Paternity - Establishment of paternity, child custody, visitation, child support and related relief in cases involving children of unmarried parents.

Stepparent and Relative Adoptions - Termination of parental rights and subsequent adoption by stepparents or relatives.

Dependency - Representation of parents in proceedings in which the Department of Children and Families has alleged child abuse, neglect, or abandonment.

Elder Law - Including guardianships, simple estate and/or Medicaid planning, wills, advance directives, living wills, and powers of attorney.
